Fantastic hotel, very close to train station and all sites. The staff was great, the room was quite large for European standards, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. So many buffet options and complimentary a la carte options. We loved our stay. We loved staying here and would do so again.

Our international flight was cancelled to return home and they were very accommodating in booking us into the same room for an extra night. Their complimentary breakfast was exceptional along with the staff. The entire property was extremely clean and our room was beautiful, a great location and we walked everywhere from the hotel. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing and beautiful boutique hotel. Very classy and clean with wonderful amenities. Wonderful staff specially Ludovico Meloni and Claudia Corti were just amazing. Ludovico always asked if we needed anything if he can help us with anything. Great food specially the breakfast was amazing. They make their own candy to die for. Will be back very soon.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in Prime Location

We loved this hotel! So close to train station (walkable with lots of luggage), Dumomo, great restaurants and shopping. Room was immaculate and beautiful - thrilled to have the only balcony in the building! Spacious bathroom with a great shower and toiletries/ towels. The reception was very responsive even before we arrived and gave us a lot of good tips/ support during our stay. Delicious breakfast buffet included and the staff were always friendly. We plan to return !

The staff are amazing at this property. My daughter’s first trip to Europe and they have been extremely helpful and kind. They have left a great impression and we will be back. The rooms are nice and clean and suprisingly spacious.

This hotel is a brand new luxury hotel right in the best location of Firenze. Since this hotel is so new, staffs are extremely attentive to you and will accommodate your needs. Bedding, amenity, room size, etc everything was perfect.

The Floren Hotel was lovely to stay at with a beautifully appointed room that has all the amenities. The breakfast ( which is included) was delicious with a wide selection of options. The restaurant OSMO Cucina is also a wonderful dining experience! The hotel has just opened after an extensive renovation so you get a modern Florence feel in a historic setting. The staff is very helpful and the service very attentive. I would highly recommend the Florence and will stay here again.

Great location

This hotel is very close to the train station and a short walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, and shopping. Room was well appointed, shower was amazing! View from window…not a view but another building, so very little natural light. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was decent, not huge but a good selection. Cocktails at the bar were a bit disappointing, but that was really only negative during our stay.

I don’t know how this hotel got five star rating. We were very disappointed when we walked in to the hotel to see a small entrance hall/lounge with a sofa outside the toilets, to the left of that in a corner was a desk and that was the reception. The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable I booked it because the five star rating but the whole entrance and reception doesn’t feel a five star hotel.

Can’t beat this one. Location and it’s absolutely luxurious. The room was so refined, the bathroom and shower were huge and very nice. Exceptional dining in their restaurant, breakfast was 10/10! Refined and delicious and high quality food. Walking to everything, 5 minutes to all dining and shopping. And only 3 minutes to the train station. Perfect all around. Very very impressed and will stay again

You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Newly remodeled. Excellent staff. Very nice dining area. Great location. Easy walk to everything and very close to the train station. Restaurant offers fine dining options and the wait staff is so attentive. The classic room is a bit small but if you are not traveling with a lot of luggage it is perfect. If you do have the big bags and need more space the junior suite is wonderful and worth the extra $$. Very quiet, beautiful bathrooms. When I return to Florence in may I will return to the Floren.

The property was nicely appointed. Room decor simple but nice- nothing special. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were excellent, especially Benny. The restaurant is excellent with a fine dining, high quality experience with a discount for house guests. It was very quiet- needs better marketing. Only problem we had was that guests were not able to iron their own clothes so we went around Florence looking crushed! We don’t expect staff to irin our clothes that are not freshly washed
