Great location for early morning train travel! The hotel is quite nice. A little noisy from the street but we expected it due to the location so it wasn’t an issue.

The hotel is conveniently located in front of the train station and bus and tram stops are a few meters away, so it is easy to connect to the airport or to any part of the city. The staff was very friendly, check in and check out were very quick. Wifi connection was good. I would certainly go back again. My only suggestion would be to equip the hotel air conditioning system with a scent diffuser to give a pleasant scent to the common areas.

Great stay in Florence!

Great stay! Walkable to other parts of Florence, loved the breakfast! The only thing is it is very close to the train station, which is convenient but also a lot of weird people around the area.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The hotel was quaint and clean. The negatives were not having USB ports in the room for 3 international travelers and one night we had to wait about an hour for hot water to take a shower.

Close to the train station and a short walk to the more scenic parts of town. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the less aesthetically pleasing hotels I’ve stayed at while in Italy but functional.
