The location is great but i didn't like the hotel. The room was so tiny,the floor was dirty and furniture old. the air conditioner was in fron to you face and in the night turn on and sounds like airplane amd just 10min breathing this you ll sick, like us after leaves the hotel.

Very well situated and reasonably priced. The only complaint I have - the shower stall was very small so when washing you keep hitting water off handle. Also, shampoo at the dispenser run out and was not refilled when the room got serviced.

The air conditioner was set for 75 degrees And you can't control the thermostat. The air would work for about 1min and then it would turn off for about 5mins. It was very uncomfortable

One of the best in Florence.

My stay was excellent. I would highly recommend The Benivieni Hotel. It is not the Ritz, but it was clean good hot water and the location was perfect. I will also add that the cafe located in the hotel was Excellent. The American coffee was the best in all of Florence. Great people and accommodations.

O hotel é bem localizado, o que é a única vantagem. Mas não estava bem limpo quando chegamos (estava cheio de cabelos os travesseiros e lençol, por exemplo) e não teve limpeza nenhum dia que ficamos (parece limpeza só ocorre se for solicitada), é muito barulhento e o ar condicionado não funcionava. No geral, achei que não vale a pena o custo benefício pelo preço cobrado.

The location is fantastic... close to everything. The breakfast is incredible. The hotel is old, so don't expect something new, however if you are out all day and use this place to get some rest it works just fine.

Es un Hotel que necesita mucho mas mantenimiento. No hay servicio de limpieza diaria...solo cada tres o cuatro días cambian las toallas y las sabanas. Le salva, en cuanto a valoración, que está situado a 50 metros del Duomo y por tanto muy céntrico y bien comunicado con lo mas atractivo de Florencia
