Amazing location, almost in front of train station. A few blocks away from all the tourist area. Bed was very comfortable and hotel was clean. Area is not the best but is all worth your $. We felt safe at all times and customer service was great

Es un hospedaje regular. La habitación es limpia pero huele a cigarro. Las gradas de la entrada al lugar están sucias y huele feo. La entrada queda en el piso 1 y no hay ascensor. No me encantó para nada.

We planned a day trip to Firenze, was looking for somewhere to stay close to the train station and close to all the tourist areas, this place had good reviews, must say it was a nice place and the host was very friendly.

Nice stay

We stayed for just one night, while waiting to take the train the next day. My two children (5yo) and I came a few hours early to drop og our bags, but the room was ready, and we were met in the hallway to help with our bags. The room was nice and spacious for the three of us. The breakfast was simple, but with lots of choice.

Simple place, great service!

Staff were excellent. Very helpful. Just a one night stay in Florence so not a lot to comment on. Room was large and exactly as described. Great location near the main train station. Clean but not lavish. No complaints and great price. Would stay again for sure

Pls aware the check in time from 1330 to 1900, if late arrival, this B & B is not flexible to wait. Our arrival flight is 2020, we inform the property well in advance for late arrival after 9pm. They asked for Euro 30 from 7 to 9pm, and will not wait after 9pm. We have to send messages back & forth saying our flight cannot be changed, and reach hotel after 9pm, they keep saying not able after 9pm. We then ask for refund, they said that is hotel policy non refundable, it is really strict and not considerate.

Great stay, great communication, and location

Wonderful stay in great part of city and Blocks from train station. Staff were very communicative before and during travel. Ease and use were incredible. Would highly reccomend this to others looking for quality accommodations and staff interactions while in Florence. Lots of food, gelato, and other shopping very close. Quite immersive and wonderful.
