It sits in the heart of Fitzroy, yet feels cozy and quiet like a suburban home allowing me to work, rest and relax any time of day. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and attentiveness of the staff. Not to mention the rooftop view - absolutely stunning. The StandardX really seemed to have thought of it all while keeping it affordable and modern."

"We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze, with Liam being so friendly and helpful, not to mention the fact that we had been upgraded! The room was gorgeous and we made good use of the bathtub. The only blemish on our stay was the fact that the Chromecast didn’t work, however that wasn’t enough to ruin the trip (by a long way). Will return!"

"Hotel was a good base, friendly staff and cleaners. Room was a good size with ironing facilities and coffee/tea and a packet of biscuits usually per day ( did have to go to reception a few times as hadnt been left enough). Pool area was clean and quiet, there had been a canopy allowing shade but this was blown down in a storm. My big problem was I had a bill at the end of my stay (was there from 30.01.24 to 28.02.24). I had been under the impression that I had booked bed and breakfast I went to...
