"The property was perfect with great views. Our room was right next to a stairwell and there was a lot of loud clanking...like pipes banging. Otherwise, the room was cool and the staff great. The grounds were beautiful"

"We got everything we asked for and needed, but happened to be there during their restaurant remodel. Listening to jackhammers in the lobby isn’t very relaxing. I’m sure my 4/5 ratings would go 5/5 once they’re done."

"The location is so convenient to access volcanoes national. The check in process was easy. Unfortunately, we had 4 guests in our reservation and the property only had 2 towels.
