"Breakfast was nice but it wasn’t clear when we added breakfast to the booking that it would only cover the first $50 and anything over that was chargeable. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The view of the city from our room was fantastic"
Hotel Saint Clair- Magnificent Mile

"We arrived early from the airport, and check-in is later in the afternoon, but that was not an issue, as we were offered an opportunity to freshen up, charge devices, sit in comfy lounge, and they would store our luggage if we wanted to go out and about. The staff was friendly and helpful, we even had packages delivered while staying there. The Wi-Fi was easy and reliable, Hotel Saint Clair is on a corner, so it has easy access to bus stops, Uber pick up, coffee shops, fast food, restaurants, even a convenience store. One downside - it is not quiet, this hotel is near the hospital so the ambulance and police sirens are heard at ALL hours."

"Historic property in a great location. Our room was mostly updated, but bathroom had some water leaking on the floor from somewhere. Also couldnt find a thermostat for our room but temp was fine. Bed was comfy. Huge closet for some reason. Ice maker on our floor didnt work."
