"The villa was so clean and pool so clear and inviting. Perfect location for beaches, entertainment and just chilling!! Exactly as advertised. Will be booking again !"

"This villa is in good location on a nice complex.It is was well equipped and very clean inside.Good contact wth the owner Lee but never seen property manager or pool cleaner whilst there but was not a problem as know the area well.Only thing missing was a Parasol for outside table as the palm tree next door was cut back when we were there and that gave good shade, as the temperature hit over 35 degrees in our last few day's."

"Great villa and location. Just a stones throw from the protaras "strip" but situated in a nice quiet residential area. Lidl, a two minute walk. Facilities good and everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Loved the area as great restaurants, beautiful coastal walk and great water sports for the kids. Plenty of sports bars and everything reasonably priced. Bus services are amazing and no real need to hire a car. Bus stop within a minute walk from the villa and every 10/15 mins for only...

"Villa is modern and well equipped although the bedrooms are small, adequate for us as a couple, or perhaps a small family but two couples would be cramped. The photos don't show that there is now a street of villas directly behind, which are almost finished and several of which will have a clear view of the pool, garden and into all rooms at the rear of the villa unless the blinds are closed! Also the low walls between villas means there is very little privacy from the villas either side, and...

"This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. "Avery clean, well presented villa. Ezoria were fantastic and additional touches on arrival were greay, such as, a massive bowl of fruit, tea's, coffee's, water. In addition, toiletries, cleaning products, literally everything you need to just settle in. Pool was well maintained and maid service was excellent. Cannot really fault the villa or Ezoria."

"I put a 5 in location due to being exactely where it says it is, with that said it is not central but walking distance from Kapparis, which in my opinion has some of the best restaurants on the east coast anyway. There is a lamp on the outside connected to a motion sensor which is turning itself on all night. The pool was a bit dusty from the the air and rain and it was also low on water, these things were fixed 2 days after check in, we stayed a total of 6 days. We got new towels immidiately...
