"The Pipeline Place exceeded my expectations. The interior design was comfortable, super clean, bright and beautifully decorated. We liked the big front porch and the yard kept the pup happy. Just a note, the neighbors have a lot of vehicles and loud dirt bikes. Some may not care for that initial impression and we were a bit wary at first. However, they were very courteous, kept to themselves and didn't ride late. so it was really no issue. The owner is very responsive and check in was so easy....

"This property was perfect and close enough location to the airport and spot on with the rental description! It was clean, well stocked, and easy to find! Great location for short daily trips to Chena Hot Springs, Santa Claus House, downtown Fairbanks, Paws for Adventure, and Chena Lakes. What a perfect view to catch the Aurora Borealis by the front view of the house!! The house is exactly like we expected, clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Quick response and great communication by the owner...

"One of the cleanest VRBO we have ever set foot in. Very large and roomy. Huge TV, nice kitchen, convenient location, quiet and comfortable. We walked to Fred Meyer for groceries, to Brewsters for dinner, Big Rays for gloves and hats and to our friends house. Very comfortable bed. The unit has its own driveway which was super convenient. We used the washer and dryer so we came home with clean clothes. I highly recommend this property."

"We loved having a secure garage to pull into with our SUV. It was a tiny bit snug- single doors, and we just fit into the side with the washer/dryer, but it fit our needs perfectly. The space had every amenity we could think of/ask for. Very cozy, secure, quiet place to rest. We'll book again!"

The kitchen was small, but we were ok with it. The natural light in the upstair bedrooms and sun porch was pleasant. The beds were comfortable."
