We have a bright and roomy 2 bedroom each with a queen pillow top mattress and 1 bathroom. We have a large comfy queen blow up if you need more space. Large living room with four recliners. 70 in Smart TV. Washer & dryer. North Pole roasted coffee each day. The two bedrooms are Upstairs. ☀️

The house was amazing! The property was centrally located making it easy to travel around Fairbanks. The kitchen was well supplied allowing us to make breakfast every day. The host was extremely helpful and even shared some bear spray when we went to Denali National Park. The host has plenty of local brochures to offer extra ideas for activities. Our main purpose of travel was to see the aurora and we were very successful with the help of a local tour company. I highly recommend this property.

Great place for a small family

Efficient & reasonably priced

We thought the house was well thought out for multiple rentals. Everything was nice. The host was helpful and provided some snacks, coffee pods, & travel toiletries.

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable

We needed a place to stay for one night in Fairbanks and Ben’s place did not disappoint. Upon arriving we were so tired - after unloading and eating dinner out we came back and I crashed. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the temperature was perfect. It was a perfect place for us and we would definitely try to stay here again should we return to Fairbanks! Everything we could possibly need was offered as well as candy, snacks and drinks. We felt very welcomed and at home.

Great Locatioj for our needs

Ben was great to work with. When we locked the keys in the house, he was quick to get a new one to us. Place was very clean. The location was great, only minutes from our vendor event.

Our favorite little spot in Fairbanks

We are repeat renters! Ben is a great host and very communicative. The house is the perfect spot and always so clean. Whenever we are in Fairbanks, Ben’s rental is our first choice.

Very Homey

Benjamin is a great host and his place was exactly what we needed. It was clean, organized and he even left some snacks for us to enjoy during our stay. I would recommend the place and I would stay here again. Location was great because it was close to all the eating places and major stores.

Perfect place near everything

Clean, well equipped. Not lacking anything. Only 2 hours to Denali, one hour to Chena Hot Springs. Lots of museums and beautiful sights around. Terrific couple owns it.

Benjamin was a great host. He communicated very well and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The VRBO is located within walking distance of downtown on a quiet residential street. I highly recommend staying there when you are in Fairbanks.

Cozy and convenient!

Stayed with my husband, mother, and teenage sons. While not fancy, this place was very comfortable. They included small thoughtful touches like snacks and coffee, books, activities and puzzles. The backyard has a wonderful play area for kids and a grill.

Comfortable and Great Location

Most comfortable vbro yet! Stayed with my two kids and really appreciate the oversized recliners, huge TV, board games and the attention to small details (couch blanket, tissue boxes, laundry baskets, etc.). Beds were very comfortable with ample outlets for charging. Kitchen was stocked with snacks, hot chocolate and coffee. Ben was prompt with his communication and very accommodating. Great location, short walk to the river, downtown and visitor center. Could see the northern lights from the bedroom!

Clean with all the amenities including coffee and snacks. The blackout curtains were helpful but a were not easily spotted. The dog in the backyard could have been a problem had my son seen him because you have to go through the gate to get to the apartment. Fortunately, the dog was only spotted once and only through the windows.

Perfect stop after the Alaskan Highway

After days on the Alaskan Highway, this apartment was the perfect stop before our camping trip in Denali. We had loads of laundry to do and we wanted to do a lot of cooking. This unit was perfect, and the hosts were incredible and friendly. The unit is thoughtfully and generously stocked. It had everything we needed. The decorations are thoughtful and fun. The home is in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed time on the paved river walk trail every day, which is a short 8 minute walk from the home. It was great to stretch our legs after so much time in the car. I can honestly say that this is one of the best VRBOs that I have ever stayed in. I hate how corporate some of the rentals feel. This was not the case at this rental. It was personable and you could tell that the owners care a lot about the property and their guests. Thank you for a great stay. We were well prepped for our Denali adventure.

Great Home Base for Fairbanks Visit

We spent two nights here and wanted for nothing! We felt appreciated when we arrived to find a variety of free snacks and drinks. The house was easy to navigate and the cute signs throughout pleasantly communicated expectations. Although we live in Anchorage, we really enjoyed the Alaskan-themed decor, puzzle, games and books. The highlights of our time in Fairbanks were Ice Alaska (a must-do in March) and the Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum. In the home, we found there to be an abundance of linens and towels. Although we didn’t need them, the baggie of bathroom necessities was a nice touch for anyone who may have forgotten something. The dishes and utensils were plentiful for our family of four. I did two loads of laundry, which was essential given we were a week into our travels. The only thing worth noting for families with young children is that there is another unit below this one. Our 5 year old wakes very early and isn’t accustomed to walking softly. We made it work, but I’d recommending prepping your kiddos and practicing tippie toes and quiet voices if they are early risers who like to stampede the kitchen in search of cereal.
