Single story townhouse in quiet neighborhood w fast access to main attractions!

  • Beautiful single story townhouse! Very close to all the shopping centers and restaurants. Very secluded from the noisy town. You can even watch the sunrise and set from our backyard! You can also see the northern lights right from our windows! We are not far from the ski resort and about 45 minute drive to our famous Alaska Chena Hot Springs resort. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. Fast internet, smart TV, laundry, heated floors and one car garage, private fence, outdoor patio and grill.

Great place to stay in Fairbanks

We stayed in Fairbanks for a week and this house was perfect. Great location and the ability to use the garage was a huge plus! Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms were perfect for our group.

The townhome was well appointed with a spacious but comfortable family space, dining for six, stocked kitchen and actual beds. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers thankfully.

Cute, clean and comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Everything was clean and we had plenty of space. The location was close enough to everything and also in a cute and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

So cozy and so clean!

Our stay was so wonderful. After a long drive in from Glennallen its a perfect place to stay. The townhouse is so clean and some roomy. The host has thought of everything you might possibly need! A must stay again when we come back through! Also, the view from the side door is gorgeous!

Lovely home in Fairbanks.

This is a beautiful home, and you really can see the aurora from the windows!! The home was very comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Loved the location at the edge of town which made it easier to enjoy the aurora. Would definitely recommend that you stay here during your visit to Fairbanks. It is the best!

This place was perfect for our family. Location was close to everything. The host thought of everything. Coffee already there with bottle water and some goodies. Having bathroom amenities was such a relief. Our next trip to Alaska we will be staying there again.

Highly recommended place in Fairbanks

We were impressed with so many aspects of our stay. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice quiet residential area close to shopping and sites. Agulceana responded to questions quickly. The full size kitchen was great- it was spotless and better stocked than any of the many places we’ve stayed at before.We hope to stay here again next time we visit Fairbanks!

The Host was AMAZING!!! I had lots of question and my emails were responded to quickly with is there anything else we can do to make your trip more enjoyable. We took our elderly father to see the lights. It was nice to have a heated garage to take him into a warm home vs him getting out of the vehicle in the cold. The home was very welcoming, clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We loved the location, far enough away to see the clear skies, yet close enough to shopping, daytrips and most importantly the airport. This property was located perfectly for what we were looking for. Quiet, dark skies and privacy. Sadly the weather didn't cooperate so that we could view the Northern Lights. Our entire reason for the trip. Thought we did enough research, especially for this year light activity. Monitored everyday and nowhere in the area was any better. Epic Aurora Views

This place was in a nice neighborhood adjacent to many grocery stores, Fort Wainwright, local restaurants and bars. The property was very comfortable and had green zones on two sides of the unit. We were able to see the Aurora every single night of our week long stay. The hosts were easy to contact if we had questions and were quick to answer. I highly recommend this spot if visiting Fairbanks!

Comfortable property with everything you need

My husband and I stayed at this property for four days. The kitchen was well-equipped including coffee and snacks. We had plenty of room to spread out and appreciated the two bathrooms, the laundry and the garage for our rental car. Our host Agulceana communicated well and always responded quickly, including turning up the heat for us when we requested it. We would stay here again if we return to Fairbanks.

Wonderful

We (grandparents and 2 small grandchildren) enjoyed our stay. 2 bathrooms were a blessing. The washer and dryer ment less packing. The location was perfect. The towels were nice and thick. Plenty of cookware. And I cannot express how clean the house was. Staying in Fairbanks before, I love the heated garage.

Beautiful and convenient

We were visiting our son and family (our son is stationed at the Army base). It is just as shown. Clean, comfortable and convenient. We rode our motorcycles from the lower 48 and it was so nice to have such a beautiful and comfortable place to base our activities from. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything.
