"The builiding and its history were exciting from the start. Check-in was good (we were a bit early and had to wait a short time for our room key) but the process was smooth. Parking is an issue...not a lot of spots and they are tiny as well. Full size vans, trucks, SUV, it's tight opening and closing doors. But the Security Guard late night upon our arrival back from the Blackhawks game gave us his spot and assured us our vehicles safety. Overall the room, shower, availabilty of ice, the breakfast, were all excellent and we'll stay here most likely on any future trips to Chicago. The location near the United Center is ideal as well if you're traveling for sports or a concert. Plenty of dining options close by as well. We felt safe in and around the area and had no distractions with an active hosptial near by. "

"Staff could not have been more helpful. The venue was packed for an international rugby game, but everything was clean, well cared for and comfortable. Will defintiely stay here again!"
