"Hotel was very nice and clean. Bed's were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Hotel staff went over and above to be helpful! Only possible complaint or suggestion I would make is microwaves in the rooms or at least one on each floor not just one on the second floor."

"Location was safe, helicopters for hospital could be a little loud and sometimes ambulance siren. The hotel was beautiful, staff was wonderful and food great. The one downfall I will say is that the owner/manager needs to re-evaluate their process for cleaning staff. The day we arrived our assigned room it was not clean. We learned 3 housekeepers called in, so 3 had to each clean 20 rooms. That is unacceptable to treat staff, and then to have that be seen by your customers as well. Thankfully you have some great staff who make you look good. I hope you look at a better process for your staff coverage. "
