"The home is beautiful and well appointed. Everything was in working order. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and near to the lake and embassies. We had some trouble on the day of arrival - directions were sent regarding check in about an hour prior to the check in time, and only after I reached out to the host to request them. The house did not seem fully cleaned - there were leftover food items in the refrigerator and freezer, trash in the kitchen bin (which also reeked of cigarette...

"Was a great size place and plenty of beds to choose from. Could of had more cooking facilities. Was nice and tidy. The showers could have been cleaner (mould) and under the beds had rubbish. But over all was nice and comfortable to sleep. "

"We spent the long weekend at this lovely property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed. Each of the four beds was king-sized and incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We’ll definitely return if we visit Canberra again."

"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."
