"A good location and central to Alameda. Overall, a nice place. Quite spacious and full sized kitchen with dishwasher which would be great for a longer stay. A few small things: it would be nice to have additional seating in living room area beside couch and a larger TV would be nice."

"Great and quiet location. Easy access to public transportation. The place is clean, communication with manager is easy and prompt. I'd suggest a little more warmth to the home, such as rugs, mirrors, plants as well as more hangers and benches in the bedrooms so we can place clothes and miscellaneous stuff at an easy reach! Also, the description says there's a futon couch in the living room, but actually it is just a sectional couch with unremovable cushions, which isn't perfect for comfort....
