"The room was so small that we could not open our suitcases. It was a problem to move around in the room. The bathroom was smaller than expected, actually so small that the sink was outside. No cabinet to hang clothes, it was a hanging rack where you could put your clothes. I did not see any safety deposit box as well. The breakfast was decent with a good choice of food. Good location when it comes to MRT and getting around."

"Booked two nights to stay as family member had a wedding at the hotel. Staff were helpful and room service was great (taste was good and was worth the price paid). Rooms need to be upgraded: 1. Shower area draining was poor even after calling the staff to help check and rectify the plumbing, saw lots of debris coming up from the pipe and had to get housekeeping to come and clean up the toilet again. But the draining was still bad and we had to turn off the water intermittently while bathing to allow it to drain else the shower area becomes flooded. 2. Bedding too soft and my husb can feel a spring poking his back. I had backache the two nights sleeping there and couldn’t rest well. 3. TV model looks like at least 15 years old. Poor and grainy images and was so hard to even toggle the remote control. And no casting/mirroring function so have to rely entirely on whatever is showing on the channels if you do not have any external device/hdmi cable to connect. Overall more cons than pros so it will be unlikely for us to choose to stay there again.. but would still like to commend the staff for their attentiveness and promptness in attending to our needs."

"Upon our entry, we were checked in by this young and energetic staff Faeez. Faeez had an exceptional customer service, willing to serve attitude and truly winning the guest heart upon entry. He beautifully handled us and made sure we got the rooms that we booked and desired for. During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful buffet breakfast. Upon our check out, Liza had been exceptionally helpful. She allowed us extra time to check out and made sure we had enough time to gather ourselves before we checked out of our rooms. Beautifully maintained Hotel and kind and lovely staffs."
