Room Descriptions:

• Living Room: Living space with large, vaulted ceilings and huge glass windows for plenty of natural light! Stacked stone Gas fireplace, mounted flatscreen TV, comfy sectional couch with plenty of seating. Open concept living space leading into dining area and kitchen.

• Kitchen: Fully stocked Kitchen with modern countertops and cabinets. Premium Gas stove and hood which is a chef’s dream! All major appliances and everything you could need to cook up an amazing meal for you and your family!

• Dinning area: Oversized Dinning table to fit the entire family! An expansive coffee bar to get your mornings started right! Open concept flowing right into the kitchen and living space.

• Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom is a King size bed, celling fan, Large Walk-in closet, Mounted smart TV and attached private ensuite bathroom!

• Bathroom 1: Full bathroom attached to master suite. Single vanity with tons of cabinet space for storage. Standing shower

• Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with plenty of closet space, ceiling fan, and forest views. Mounted flat screen smart TV!

• Bedroom 3: Queen size bed w/ large closet, ceiling fan, nightstands on either side of bed and mounted flat screen Smart TV and valley views

• Bathroom 2: Full bathroom in main living space with bathtub/shower combo and single vanity.

Lower Level:

• Theatre Room: Large Screen Projector TV with smart lighting and section sofa, air hockey table.

Back Porch:

• Half screened in with premium outdoor seating and table seating. the perfect spot for morning coffee or late-night glass of wine.
• The other half is open air with a hot tub, Propane grill, and premium hammock chairs.
• Lower-level brand new fire pit area with Adirondack chairs.

• High speed WIFI is available if work just cannot wait!

• We starter supply of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels.

• Furry friends are welcome! We love dogs and are happily DOG FRIENDLY. We even have a fenced in portion of our front yard perfect for mini dog park! We just ask no more than 2 dogs w/out approval. Please no cats due to allergies.

• The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the woods of a large nature reserve, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.

• Even though we are in the mountains, we have no issues with cell phone coverage/

• Located in the gated Coosawattee River Resort with 24/7 security, ensuring your safety is never a concern.

• Our resort community has many entrances, but we are located near the closest one, Legion Road, providing easy access to activities, orchards, vineyards, hiking trails, shopping, and local restaurants.

• Easy Check in available with Keypad and smart lock with personalized key code
• All roads leading to us are paved and well-maintained, so any car can easily reach us without navigating narrow gravel paths. We're also just a few minutes from the best restaurants and shops in the area!

Neighborhood:

The Property is in Coosawattee River Resort which is a 5,500-acre, gated community and nature preserve in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains in Ellijay, GA. Ellijay is the Apple and Mountain bike capital of Georgia with endless activities to enjoy! We are also located near many national forests preserves as well! Many deer call this neighborhood home, and I can almost guarantee you will see them in their natural habitat each day!

It also offers many amenities for free! Your Stay includes access to all 5 parks, access to the river tubing (tube not included) and rope swing, Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills, fishing pond (No License required), Fenced in Doggy Park area (Large and Small dog separation). We are a dog friendly property so furry friends are welcome!

There are also several paid amenities, but your stay includes 8 free passes for your entire stay! Amenities include an Indoor (heated pool)/outdoor pools, mini golf (Putt putt) , pickle-ball, basketball and tennis courts, workout room (weights, exercise bike, elliptical, treadmill), and arcade w/ pool table, ping pong, air hockey and arcade games. I would recommend a day at the pool followed by a round of mini golf in the early evening! If more than 8 passes are needed, they can be purchased at the HOA office. Please leave passes when you check out otherwise there is a $100 replacement fee.
