"We had such a wonderful stay! The woman at the front desk could not have been nicer—she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. She gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation and even offered to have a fire going in the fire pit for us when we returned, which was such a thoughtful touch. She truly went above and beyond, keeping breakfast fully stocked and hustling the entire time—we were so impressed. Our room was very clean, the price was great, and we absolutely loved the cozy lodge-style vibe. She is truly an asset to the hotel, and her hospitality made our stay extra special. I wish i had her name! "

"My wife and I stayed in a 1br/1ba cabin (#26) we only stayed for two nights, we will be back again, but will plan a longer trip for as far as we traveled. The cabin was comfortable and cozy, back looked into woods front looked towards the mountains and the sunset. Our cabin did not have a hot tub or outdoor heater, but did have a large deck and screened room off to the side with grill. Full kitchen including coffee maker in cabin. We did not eat at the flying trout restaurant at the lodge, but would have if we were staying longer, very convenient. Loved the atmosphere and the location relative to nature trails, scenic routes and the small town destinations of Blairsville and Blue Ridge and even Dawsonville and McCaysville will be on our itinerary for next time."

"Where I stay in Blue Ridge when my cabin’s rented. It’s perfect for accessing downtown by foot even when it’s 26 like it was during our visit. The hotel is clean and quiet. "

"Great place to stay. You will need a car for transportation to go places because there isnt anything nearby. About 20 min drive drive to nearby restaurants and stores. They do have a nice buffet style restaurant and bar but pricey but i guess its for the convenience "

"John was an amazing host and communicated promtply to any questions we had. The cabin was absolutely perfect for me and my wife for our getaway week. Off the beaten path a bit like we wanted and so very peaceful. All the little details in the cabin were a nice touch, and it had many essentials in case you forgot anything. Would definitely stay here again!"
