"We arrived to to a dark, cluttered smelling flat. The windows and front door have no fly screens so opening them was not an option, unless you like midgee and mosquito bites. The place was packed full of furniture so there was no space to move. Dead cockroaches decorated available surfaces. The outdoor back area was full of cobwebs and leaf matter and the yelping puppy next door completed the ambience. The bedroom fan didn’t work and there was no aircon. "Location close to town centre, river and beaches. Unfortunate that 3 light globes, including bed lamps were blown. TV remote did not work until batteries were replaced. Small issues that should have been dealt with before our stay. That aside we enjoyed our stay in a well equipped unit and safe, lock up garage."
