"The lobby staff was outstanding, very friendly, and helpful. We were greeted immediately when we walked in and at the reception desk. The room was very clean. We had a 2 bedroom which was great! Much bigger than I expected. I wish more hotels would offer it. Great experience overall!"

"Everything was great, but one comment. The electrical outlets were old and could not keep a plug in device in place. I suggest that the devices be changed out next to the bed and desk. we enjoyed our stay and always like the Ambassador. thanks. "
