Access to the premises was very tedious; the check-out system requires too much information and, ultimately, does not function properly, causing delays in gaining entry. Customer service is poor. The room itself is beautiful and clean, but very small and uncomfortable."

"The Colony Hotel is the perfect place for a girls get away - the hotel is beautifully decorated and the theme is consistent throughtout the property. The rooms are individually decorated and each one if unique and inviting - the pool is lovely, the bar is a scene and the cocktails are great! The staff goes out of their way to make your experience fabulous - a totally wonderful experience!"

"This resort was truly a breath of fresh air. Everything was nice, clean, and relaxing — from the room to the pool and jacuzzi. The entire property was beautiful, well-maintained, and made for a perfect getaway. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Let me tell you this me and my wife and my family, including my mother we went to do a Mother‘s the weekends and let me tell you first of all the breakfast was horrible and then the room where we staying was so humid that the floor was wet. We tried to fix the air condition and nothing was working and we were just tired. We went to sleep in the morning the same the floor was wet the pool and around the pool. It was all very dirty. Even inside. The pool was dirty. The water in the pool was dirty. Even in the pool, there was no bar you know there was two guys sitting there doing nothing on their phone. There was only one thing of water. I don’t know. It’s kind of like I was planning to have a good time and a spa and resort right we paid money for resort extra on the room. I didn’t feel no resort. There was nothing around. There was no way to surround asking trying there was only one nice person we met. She was very nice and there was a manager. It was very nice. Kind of we had to go look for them. it was very expensive to do that with all our families and even my brother they moved them to two rooms with all the feminine in the middle of the night. It was really not a good experience. I will not recommend it again to no one, and I will never go there myself. Thank you. I would love to get a refund."
