    So So - South of Southern is a beautiful, thriving neighborhood in downtown West Palm Beach. Walk to amazing local restaurants. Antique row is a short drive/bike ride away. Enjoy Flagler dr waterfront and sidewalk where you can walk, run and bike! There are also local parks nearby

    Please park on the driveway. No Parties/ Events. No Smoking. No Cats. Quiet Hours 10pm - 8AM. Please be respectful to our home. Any damages or excessive cleaning will be charged to the guest.

The property is Lovely. We would have appreciated check-in information (times for check-in and check-out, physical address, etc) sooner and then wifi info and password, info about security box by sliding doors, etc, - - the usual information upon arrival.

Perfect Spring Break Stay!

Our family had the best time in this house! We traveled from Houston, Texas to see the Astros in Spring Training and to catch a World Baseball Classic game. When I booked this house online I knew it would be perfect and the kids would enjoy the putting Green - they played nonstop! The house looks EXACTLY like every amazing photo you see - perfectly manicured landscaping, every detail inside, it was so nice! Anything you needed and more was provided - and top of the line! We enjoyed the Nespresso every morning (and afternoon, and evening!) I did some research before our trip to determine if proximity to the airport would be an issue with planes overhead and sleeping, but just like I never found a bad review anywhere, this was not an issue: we never heard any planes!! If you’re a light sleeper or bringing a baby, don’t worry at all!! The property manager, Luke, answered any question I had through the VRBO app immediately and was so kind. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to stay here again! With love from Texas!
