"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt in Cartagena. Our experience was first-class, and our room was well-appointed. The staff at the hotel was courteous and didn't hesitate to assist. Security guards are stationed near the elevators to ensure that those who are not hotel guests remain in the public areas. The rooftop pools are excellent. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Cartagena."

A Great Hotel to Stay In - Highly Recommended!

"My recent stay at the Hilton Hotel in Cartagena was absolutely delightful. The hotel itself is beautiful, offering clean and well-maintained facilities that enhance the overall guest experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making each interaction a pleasant one. I was particularly impressed with the variety of leisure options available, including three refreshing pools and four Jacuzzis. The beachfront location adds a perfect touch, offering stunning views and direct access to the beach. The pricing is fair for the quality and amenities provided. However, one area where the hotel could improve is by offering a shuttle service to and from the airport. This addition would significantly enhance the convenience factor for travelers. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend the Hilton Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cartagena."
