"I overpaid for the the rooms by a day and realized my mistake immediately and asked for a refund of the one day. The hotel refused. Then Air Canada canceled my flight because of the staff strike. I could not travel. I asked fora refund. The hotel declined since I did not pay extra fee for a refund. No empathy. I lost almost $700 t o the hotel without staying there. "The place was very clean and comfortable. I was able to easily check in using the phone app and the apartment came complete with everything that I needed and more! like tea, coffee, bottled water and wifi. The local area has good transport links and the free parking is definitely useful."

We were very pleased that we could drop our bags off earlier than check in while they were cleaning. No frills stay perfect for sleeping after a day of site seeing.
