The room was large with an exposed bathroom. Albeit the toilet was enclosed separately. The shower was large and had lovely shampoo and conditioner.
The bed was comfortable and there was a large couch built in along the window. Plenty of place to store luggage. There was an ice and water room a few doors down from our room. At reception there was water and apples. We didn’t use the bar or parking. The property was well placed for shopping and the cinema

The hotel is more of a residential accommodation with a large separate bedroom and a huge deck off the bedroom. Plenty of space and more of a home than a typical hotel room. The hotel was very well maintained had a few nice touches making our stay special rather home like.

What I liked was that the front desk was really helpful and friendly, they were prompt in dealing with our requests. The cleaning needs to be improved and I found that the first cleaner that I dealt with was quite rude and unprofessional. She was impatient and didn't do a good enough job at cleaning after 4 days into my stay. I think it wasn't fair that our rooms would only be cleaned every 4 days by default. The second time my room was supposed to be cleaned, no one ended up cleaning it and I...

Great location. It was spacious & furnished well. The kitchen had useful appliances & cookware. And the Latch app for access worked well once we got the hang of it. The only thing we could fault was the water pressure in the shower. It was really weak. Otherwise, we enjoyed our short & sweet stay. Thank you!
