The kitchen is well stocked, the owners are excellent at communicating and checking in, and having 2 tv's was nice so the kids could watch their shows and the adults could watch theirs. During the day there was construction (no fault of the owner) but there are rules in place to make sure that we were able to live our normal lives as a family in the evenings. The house was reasonably stocked and the owner was responsive. "
