"The carpet was filthy! The floors were so crooked and uneven I nearly fell upon entering the house. The front porch was falling apart and a real danger for anyone who carelessly leaned on the posts or screens - you could fall right out. The recessed lights and old AC units were falling out of the ceiling and the electrical outlets looked as if they had been on fire. The washer and dryer did not work and there was no outside trash can although we were instructed to put our trash in the outside...

"This property is very clean with modern renovations. The views from the top floor are amazing. The outdoor lounging area is incredible. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. We were eager to play a round of golf and the course did not disappoint. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy in the community. We even saw a pair of red foxes.
