"First of all -- this is a fantastic location. Looking out over the cathedral, and a few feet from the High Street, I can't imagine a better place to spend three weeks (as we did). I'd like to make a special comment about the front desk staff, who were always cheerful and helpful, especially Sophie, Liam, and the manager (whose name I'm sorry to say I've forgotten). "Very welcome by the check-in staff. Room ready and spacious and bright, pet made very welcome with no problem. Two night stay used the restaurant both night. "Business trip. Nice stay nice pub nice staff although and I booked this B&B on the reviews I read (only the top 4 when viewing) if I had seen more reviews on the fact that they didn't do breakfast unless you book directly with them I would of chosen somewhere else. Also noted when leaving/checking-out the property you do so via the night entrance which the stairs down are very steep and you must be very careful if you have heavy or a large case with you. All that being said I did enjoy my stay."

"The staff were fantastic very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The room was perfect with a great view of the harbour. The whole hotel was neat and tidy with everything you would need for a great stay. The restaurant has a sea view and the food was perfect. The breakfast is a must a full help yourself buffet with everything you could possibly want and more! Also the hotel has a large car park. I highly recommend this place! "
