"Quality property location close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Very near Dolly Wood. Located on the river the rushing water is peaceful, the facility is built to assure a quiet restful stay. There is a heated lazy river tubing experience on the property and a large indoor heated year-round pool. The spa has everything anyone could ask for. The playground for the children is great and the ducks and geese with their goslings were an added treat, as they are tame and the children love to feed them."

"The hotel’s location was great and very convenient. However, the breakfast was disappointing—most of it tasted like frozen food, and even the ice cream tasted old. Our sheets had chocolate stains on them, and we had to request new ones, which wasn’t a great experience. One downside was that not all the slides were open at the same time. They rotate them, which was frustrating since we have kids in different age groups. It would have been much better if all the slides were open so everyone could enjoy them together. That said, the waterpark itself was very nice and enjoyable overall."

"The location and convenience of this hotel was enough to make me definitely book the same place again next time! It was perfect for a laid-back family vacation. My 9-year-old twins had the best time on the rides, there were plenty of great places to eat, and we loved the candy shop right below our room—the best part is that we NEVER had to get our car from valet!"
