"Upon check-in at the OYO Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, we were originally assigned Room 0803. Upon entering and inspecting the room, several cleanliness and maintenance concerns were observed, including stains on the bed sheets, cracks in the sink area, burn stains within the room, a leaking faucet, and stains on and around the toilet area with toilet paper hanging from the toilet. At approximately 5:30 PM, the issues observed in Room 0803 were reported to hotel staff, and a room change was requested due to the issues observed. At that time, no accommodation was requested, as it was understood that issues can occasionally happen. The only request made was to be moved to another room so the family could continue the Mother’s Day weekend without further issues. We were then reassigned to Room 538. Upon entering Room 538, the room appeared to have signs of possible prior damage or forced entry. The main entry door appeared severely damaged and partially coming off the hinges. The hinge area showed exposed wood and damaged framing, giving the appearance that the room may have previously been broken into or improperly secured. Wood debris was also scattered on the floor near the doorway, creating an unsafe and concerning environment upon entry. Additional issues throughout the room were also observed. There appeared to be a missing picture or wall fixture, leaving visible mounting hardware and marks on the wall. In addition, the AC unit area leading outside had a visible opening/ho"

" Wry clean and comfortable rooms. Great location and awesome amenities. Amazing buffet and restaurant. Pool is nice and cozy. Staff outside of buffet and restaurants ( cause those guys were amazing), could use a little more coaching in hospitality, it felt like they couldn’t care less about the guests, but all the food places had super kind and courteous, made all the experience better. Absolutely recommend it. "

"This property is large, and it takes you forever to get to where you want to go. Whether it is the pool, food court, or other end of the casino. I went to the gym next to the pool and was disappointed that I could not use the sauna, without paying $75. The Rapid River at the pool is not free if you want a tube. You will need to purchase 1 for $30, but can buy the same tube for $6.99 from Walmart, but the pool with charge you $5 to put air in it. Yes, they charge for air too, regardless, if you have already dropped a load of money on the casino floor, food court, room or whatever. Food options in the Casino were expensive, everything from a fountain soda to a snack too. Seems like things are marked up about 3 times as much. There are also areas on the casino floor you can't smoke, so it is a little confusing. Seems like you need to remain in 1 area only for a cigar or cigarette. Trying to find a spot to lay out at, at the pool also has it's own challenges. The Pool area is rather small for the amount of rooms on the property I probably won't return to this property."

"I was very upset because the day we checked in found out the pool broke down the day before. It was over a 100 every day the week we stayed there. No pool just was not the right time and I felt we should have been notified the day before. However, they did take away our resort fees for the inconvenience. Had to make the best of it and went across the street to Virgin Casino and paid daily for the pool there you gotta do what you gotta do to make the best out of a bad situation. But the staff there is the real 5 star the STAFF was amazing and Jimmy the dealer definitely is a 5 star!!!!! "

"The coffee shop always serves upscale coffee, and the brands are different each time I visit but they have used Stumptown (from Portland, OR, where I'm from), Lavazza, Peets, etc. The front desk staff are always friendly, helpful and accomodating. I love that this resort is quiet and I think the 3 story separate pod buildings for all the hotel rooms are nice because it's an easy walk to whichever one is assigned and makes the resort look like a resort and not hotel like. It's also quiet! Free parking is a bonus and big lots to park in. The exterior is always clean and tidy and very well kept. They have a lap pool, a couple regular pools. The food is amazing at Bar 365! I love having a suite for a more homey feel and all the rooms are suites. The rooms are clean, and beds so comfy. I stay here yearly when I come and will continue to do so. It's an easy place to get a ride share pick up to and 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minute walk to the strip."

"This is the perfect place for people staying in Vegas for an extended period of time. Your monies stretches here. It wasn’t the most ideal place for us. It was however right across from the Sphere which was literally the reason for our visit. I called ahead of time to check if they allow early checkin. When I checked in, front desk sent me an sms to alert with updates regarding the room. After 3 hours waiting in the lobby, we finally decided to abandon ship and left our luggage then walked to the hotel across the street to get refreshments. I got the text our room was ready an hour before the checkin time. So it was a good thing we left. So color us shocked to find our 2 bedroom villa not entirely clean. We waited all that time for what exactly. Our shower was dirty. The toilet seat in the hallway bathroom had a smudge of lotion. So the first thing I ended up doing after unpacking was tidying up. I could list all the little things they can fine tune, but I feel like they already know. On a positive note, we had a washer & dryer so we came home with no laundry."
