"My husband and I went here for my birthday, because of the lazy river. Everything about this trip was beautiful. Yes, we used the valet, and depending on the time of day, they can get really busy. For us, it was worth the money. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. At the pool area, we did not reserve a lounge area or seat, but there were plenty of places to sit. The service in the pool area was fast and friendly, quite impressive for how busy they can be. The lazy river, pool, and jacuzzi can get busy, so get there early. My husband and I would definitely go back!"

"Booked on a whim when flightvwas canceled. Little did i know what a great location this was! Clean, well appointed room and the hotel was so close to public transit (train to everywhere and express bus to IAH) and so many restaurants and bars. Just a gem!"
