"From the moment arriving, service was excellent, proactive, beyond expectations. Arriving in a taxi, bags are quickly set aside & taken to our room. Check in was seamless & easy. One Harbour Road restaurant is outstanding, with a super knowledgeable sommelier. The concierge helped us with getting activities scheduled, and making recommendations. The room was comfortable, high enough to have a wonderful view of the Harbor. I will be staying here next visit to Hong Kong!"

"The whole experience was something very special. The view of the harbour was amazing and the room was impeccable. During the road chaos after the fireworks display, a team helped us move a trolley full of suitcases to an accessible taxi pick up point. A walk of more than 15 minutes, among a huge crowd of people and pushing a heavy trolley. This was service above and beyond any of our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were superb. This will be our hotel of choice during any further Hong Kong vacations."

"Room was clean and the staff were perfect. Anything I asked was answered to my satisfaction. Love that the rooms do not have carpet. Makes for a cleaner feeling. The windows do not open, but I think that is pretty hard to find in Hong Kong. It's not a 5 star, but you pay for what you get. It was reasonable for what I paid. Location is A1. So convenient to MTR, Starbucks, Shopping..."
