"The kitchen was clean and has everything I need for my stay. The laundry service was good. The dryer didn’t work, I notified the office and they sent someone to fix it right away. It was awesome. I will stay there again on my next visit."

"Room was clean and surprisingly quiet next to the main road. Rooftop area has great views of the city. Disappointed that there was not enough spaces available for me to park in the secure basement carpark and often had to find a car space a block or two away from the hotel. A few issues with keys not working and the room not set up according to our booking which was a challenge for staff to attend to until the following day."

"There is nothing bad I can say about the hotel. Staff were very helpful and rooms were always clean. Very close to amenities as have stayed at the Hyatt a few times so highly recommend it."
