"Room but no air con"

"Great location in the city centre , walking distance to everything. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast. The staff were delightful , warm and welcoming."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. When you first arrive you think it will be noisy, due to bars but by midnight it’s very quiet. Location very good. "

"Beautiful hotel, not sure how it’s classed as a 3* on Expedia when it’s by far the nicest hotel in Newcastle. The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the “little things” that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back soon :) "
