"We had a very disappointing stay Toilet didnt flush, broken shower, missing light bulb, slow food service and no apology. Terrible breakfast. Staff not motivated and heard complaining about pay!! No information given at check in re car registration etc"

"Great stay as always. Really good breakfast included and had a room with a view over the Town Hall square and Xmas lights. Staff all polite and professional and the hotels in a good location in the town centre."

"We stayed in an upgraded room which was fantastic except the shower pressure was diabolical. Breakfast was amazing, bed was really comfortable, staff were wonderful. We stayed in a non upgraded room a day before this stay and the shower was amazing but the room was really tired. Again the bed was super comfy and brekkie wonderful. "
