"We enjoyed our stay"

"Because the beds had protruding Springs and they were digging into my back the worst bed I've ever slept in and the worst flat pillow so I had a sonic also they called us an hour after we checked out while we're on the bus and asked if we had checked out, I mean really Then also no coffee or tea facilities and there was a kitchenette I mean really?"

"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...

"I had a very relaxing stay here it's got a nice wilderness feeling to it and the hosts were very welcoming and caring to me. I would pick this nice place to stay over a hotel any day and there is even Netflix it's the best."

"Location at Southbank for us for 1 night to see a Musical was ideal. Parking included a real bonus."
