"The Front desk and valet personnel were some of the friendliest we have encountered. The breakfast needs improvement. Holiday Inn Express Suites blows this breakfast away. Marriott/Residence Inn could benefit from studying them. "

I’m sorry I don’t remember his name - he found me an electric scooter to use and went to the parking garage to help my husband!! If you want to stay at a perfect hotel, the HU is it!!"
