"Location of hotel was nice, you really are right on the water & the staff were very nice & friendly however the room was extremely outdated, not in a preserve the original architecture but in lack of upkeep, random holes in the bathroom, missing light fixtures, black spots all along the ceiling in the bathroom. The lobby of the hotel was also under construction."

That said the furniture in the rooms not in good condition, the water pressure in the shower is very poor and the sound insulation not great - so noisy in the hallway throughout the night. Bed and mattress pretty uncomfortable and definitely in need of replacement. Additionally - why provide a “studio” space with a kitchen and not provide any crockery / dishes / cutlery?! Very random (and a bit annoying!) Would stay again simply for the convenience - but I would expect better in future."
