"Good for an overnight but wouldn't stay any longer. Hotel is very tired in areas and could be doing with a refresh. Additional charges for parking and use of leisure facilities weren't made clear at time of booking. Would be nice to see some USB sockets in the room and more than the bog standard tv channels. Only having a fixed shower head isnt great and the 3 in 1 shampoo/soap/shower gel was in short supply. Bed was extremely soft with lots of roll together so not great. Staff were lovely though and it's in a great location. "

"We stayed in the Westerwood for two nights. Our room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. All staff we came in contact were professional but friendly and seemed to be enjoying their work. There was a wide selection of both hot and cold food at breakfast. Both nights we ate in the bar and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay again. "

"We stayed with 2 kids in a family room it was ideal and better than expected for the cost and location. Added breakfast which was great value too. Staff friendly, clean hotel and they even kept my daughter’s beloved teddy safe until we returned to collect . Would stay again"

"Don't take a room on the ground floor, you hear EVERYTHING from those STOMPING about upstairs, NEVER staying there again! It's down to the two level NOT having CONCRETE between the 2 floors."
