"Room was very cold ( plastic curtains over large patio door ) water was lukewarm, toilet cistern ran all night . Only 4 UHT milk and one earl grey tea bag !!Charged for parking in The Burford Car Park Area to right of room block on grass was covered in dogs mess !!Shocking place "

Communication was poor from the start, as I had to chase for basic details about accessing the property. The listing stated that parking was available, but on arrival I was informed this was incorrect. Although the advertisement was updated shortly afterward, I have a screenshot showing what was originally advertised. I was also told my booking was actually processed through...
