when many different swimming lessons are happening. No where to sit and eat as a group .. we asked to sit in the dining room to enjoy dinner with another

and they tried to charge us for it. The front desk staff is awful. I had to wait on a few occasions for the guy to get off his phone and help me (check in, asking for dinning room, checking out etc). "

"Came with my husband and daughter. Close to downtown, while being in a quiet area. Great price. The room was clean, and mostly updated - the carpets look older but everything else was quite nice. Heated bathroom floor, balcony. The atrium pool was really nice. The staff were friendly. I will be using this as my go-to hotel when visiting Toronto. "
