"The room was very comfortable and the staff was accommodating, helpful and kind. For these reasons, i extended by stay here another week versus staying at another nearby hotel. The lounge was a chill spot and liked this area for chill nights or mornings. "

"Hotel was in a great, central location close to food and shops. Staff were polite, hotel lobby had live music being played on the piano. Room was clean and spacious but all these positives notes were somewhat ruined by absence of hot water. Tried to run the shower for 15 mins and water was barely lukewarm. I only stayed 1 night, but for a 5 star they should not have this issue. "
