Luxury Hotels & Resorts in Disney's Maingate West from AU$232

"When we arrived on Thursday night the hallways were filled with pieces of paper and shreds of plastic bags. In one hallway on our way to go downstairs to the pool there was a medical vial that someone had left behind. It wasn't until Saturday before it was cleaned and vacuumed. We had 8 people staying in our 3 bedroom and were only given 2 towels in each bathroom. So, 4 towels for 8 people! We requested more obviously on the 1st night and they came 2 hours later. Then on night 2 we requested 8 more clean towels at 6pm. It was after midnight and an additional 3 trips to the front desk before we received more. So, 8 people had to sit around and couldn't take a shower until after midnight. Then we ended up having a wasp nest next to our screened in patio and unfortunately the screen had a gap under the balcony railing so the wasps kept getting inside the screen so we were not able to enjoy our patio. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this resort or recommending it to anyone."

"A beautiful resort with absolutely amazing things for kids. They definitely need some more staff in order to keep things up and running a bit more smoothly. Otherwise we will definitely be back to enjoy the amazing pools, and the water park! "
