"The kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of beds, all of which were comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous! An excellent play are for kids is provided and the pool is huge, and clean. The staff are all friendly and personable. When I return in May, this is where I will stay again. Highly recommend!"

The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando

6/10 Okay

"The property was nice. The check in line was crazy long never experienced that before. We use the resort as a home base to access the surrounding theme parks around Orlando. Didn't interact with staff that much but when we did it was good. We spent one day at the surfari water park it was OK. Lazy river need cleaning. There were trash along the side of the pool. Water slide was great kids like it. The room we got was good but it had alot of lint dust. We wiped it down but it didn't help. Maybe because it was recently renovated. Property has construction going on during our stay at the resort (May 29 - June 2)."

Westgate Town Center Resort

"We decided to stay here because we had stayed at a Westgate property in the past and it is close to where our daughter lives. We got in around 7pm after helping our daughter move into her apartment. The staff was not friendly. TVs were not working we called and maintenance came after about an hour and said the remotes had to be reprogrammed so they did that. Then, we were put in a hearing impaired room and the tvs were set to that so they dictated the shows on the tv. That took us a while to turn off. Then around 9pm we tried to take showers...no hot water or pressure. No one came to fix so we called again in the morning. Finally got that fixed. Also the resort is dirty, very dated looks like the 80s, carpet needs replaced feels icky, there was alot of marijuana smell when out on balcony. The washer had rust in it and there was only extra pillow for the pull out. I would not stay here again or recommend."

"From arrival, the property is fairly easy to find, if you use google maps or waze. Not exactly sure.What's going on with the parking lot and the cones up that are blocking off access to a few of them. As of the end of may early june , they are doing an asphalt project on the upper road , but that's really not the hotel's fault , just kind of a pain in the arse at night trying to get into there.When that's when they're doing all their work. Disney world access from this hotel has been great ten to fifteen minutes and and you pretty much there. Being right off of 192 has been the best. Because there's so many food options. I mean, you just go east or west, and you're going to find something you want. Room service is either requested or if you need a couple of things from them, just talk to them in the morning, they'll help you out.If you're there for a long stay. We had the AC set at 65° due to it being so hot and never had a single problem with it.It always kept the room cool. Pool access is great, the door handle takes a little to figure out how to open it.If you need a towel , you just ask the person at the front desk there is a pool towel return in the hall."

"This was one of the best resorts we have stayed at and we have stayed at multiple resorts through Florida, it is very economical for a family of 6 and you don’t have to leave the resort unless you really want to. Close proximity to everything and perfect for the family’s on a budget"

"The first room we checked into was disgusting. It had dead bugs all over the floor and a lizard running around, and it smelled like wet dog. The second room we checked into had a dead bug on the floor, the fans in both bed rooms squeaked so you couldn’t even have them on. The temperature was set to 69 and the room didn’t go below 75. They did not give us enough towels so I had to call for more. The splash pad and the rock climbing was closed so the kids couldn’t use that either. I have stayed here 2 other times before and never had the problems that I had this time. They need to fix these problems and get their act together."
