"The pool was okay. I loved the sauna. The breakfast area was a disaster. No place to wash or sanitize your hands. It was over crowded not enough food, long lines, not a very clean area. I went at 8am and most of the breakfast was empty. "

"We booked a lake view room and were instead placed near a busy bus area with constant noise on level 2. Completely misleading and nowhere near the experience that was advertised. The room itself had multiple maintenance issues that should have been addressed well before check-in. It felt neglected and poorly maintained, which is not what you expect from a property like this. What made things worse was the lack of follow-up. Concerns were raised, but nothing was meaningfully resolved. Communication was minimal and ultimately unhelpful. For a place that markets itself as a resort, the experience fell short across the board — from the room quality to the overall service. Between the noise, the condition of the room, and the disconnect in customer service, I wouldn’t stay here again. If you’re expecting what’s advertised, you may want to consider other options."

"Poolside is quite nice at this location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast has a good assortment. I was a bit tired of it by day 3, but it has healthy choices. The only negative is the parking at $17 a day which I could not see when I was booking hotel online. Other hotels in this same area, do not have any parking fees."
