"I would never stay at this property. I felt so unsafe and dirty I lost out on all the money I spent and stayed at a different resort. The area immediately around felt unsafe. Was a hotel people live in. Property grounds were incredibly dirty. Front staff was short and rude. Please don’t stay here. "

"Staff were very nice. Pool area was not bad aswell. The landscape and other outdoor areas need addressed. We had a two bedroom in the 5002 building first floor. The exterior of that building is in need of some updating. The room was musty, we had to sweep the floors as they looked like they were missed when cleaning. Rooms also need a deep clean and updating . All and all it served its purpose for our two night hold over but I can not see our entire family spending a weeks vacation here when there’s so many more option in this general area that are up to date and have better options "

"Stayed here overnight. There was no body wash in the shower dispenser, no bar soap to wash hands at the sink, there was a dirty handtowel left in the shower from a previous stay. The air conditioner was not working. Always a challenge to find parking. Not a great experience this time unfortunately."

"I booked this room and Expedia said that it was an all in price nothing hidden. When I got there, I was charged $25 for amenity fees. Expedia advertised that it had a pool a sauna a workout room and many other things. They said it was an all in price. Why was I charged $25 for amenities?"
