"Overall we were pleased with the property. It matched the online description and was very comfortable. There were a couple of issues in that the pool deck and the outside of the windows and doors were dirty and the aircon temperature was fixed at 76 degrees."

"the apartment is comfortable and pleasant but the air conditioning does not work, there is only a ceiling fan in the main room and in the living room. They did not give us the card for the pool area and it was a problem to pay and get the lockbox code."

"This was our first time staying off Disney property and this place did not disappoint. Owners were easily assessable with any concerns and the place was so cozy. Location is great and resort pool was nice as well. My kids loved the theme rooms and the kitchen is beautiful. Highly recommend and plan to stay her again soon:) "

"We had a great stay at this vacation home in Kissimmee. The location is excellent, conveniently situated close to everything, yet in a peaceful and quiet setting. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the Terra Verde resort is very pleasant with a relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Our family of 17 gathered at this house. It was our second time to stay at the same house. It’s convenient to Disney and many other attractions. The arcade room is really fun. The adults enjoyed walking around the pond behind the house. It’s getting a little beat up, but it’s a great space."
