Next to a bar so bad for the weekends if you're trying to sleep. Very Loud people. And the walls are paper thin. So you can hear noise from the other rooms

Check-in was ring a buzzer and wait for the person to come out of his room and check you in. The room smelled HORRIBLE of mold that my sinuses are killing me the next day. My son said he itched all night because of the bed.

Pretty Good!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean, service had a very mom and pop vibe which was great, and all the appliances in the room worked. At one point the toilet struggled to flush completely for a while but then it ended up resolving itself before it became an issue. It was not the fanciest accommodation, but for the price it well-suited our needs. It's also situated in a very convenient location, out of the way of the busiest tourist areas but still incredibly accessible. The only issue I could see is it's located down the street from a helicopter tourist place, so we did hear helicopters all throughout our stay. It didn't bother us, but I could see it being an issue for light sleepers or kids.

I reserved three rooms. All three had bugs inside them. On the walls, in the beds, in the sinks. There were also ants. There was trash left behind from previous guests like beer cans and plastic utensils.

Way Better Than Expected

Our room was surprisingly great,with these reviews you never know about places, I'm in Kissimmee a lot for the theme park so I'm not going to spend a lot of money just to sleep in a bed, Staff was so friendly, The Room was good, we had No bugs, Clean Bedding, working Fridge and Microwave very cold AC what more do you really need, if you are expecting Hilton accommodations on Motel 6 budget you will always be disappointed in your room, but we enjoyed it and would stay again

You get what you pay for.

There was a humid smell when we got there. Did not clean the place very well. Beds where uncomfortable and the sofa bed my son slept in was really uncomfortable. Definitely would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.
