"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room itself was poorly designed and had an uncomfortable, unsettling atmosphere. It is rare that I feel like I am staying in a room that genuinely feels unpleasant, but that was the case here. The bed was also uncomfortable, which made the stay even worse. The most serious issue, however, was a major security concern. After a long day, my spouse and I returned to our room and found that our hotel room door had been left open. A staff member had entered the room to replace toiletries and apparently forgot to close the door afterward. All of our belongings were inside, including our work laptops and other personal items. This was extremely upsetting and made us feel unsafe. When I raised the issue with the manager, I was offered a free night to use in the future. I explained that I would not feel comfortable staying at this hotel again because I no longer trusted that my belongings or room would be secure. The manager then said they would help me pursue a partial refund. However, it has now been four days, and I still have not received any follow-up or update from the company. Overall, the experience was disappointing, uncomfortable, and concerning from a safety standpoint. I would not stay here again and would caution others to carefully consider the security issues before booking."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay, two brand-new Havaianas sandals that were clearly placed on top of my bed went missing. When I reported it, I was told they were “mistaken for trash” by housekeeping — which makes no sense, since they were visibly placed in a personal area and not discarded. Beyond losing my belongings, I was very frustrated with how the situation was handled, with no real accountability or effort to resolve the issue."

"The front desk attendant barely acknowledged me when I was waiting at the front desk to check in. He was grossly enamored with another guest he was talking to and didn’t even try to hide the flirtation. Our room was on the first floor and you could hear everything. There’s no sound proofing or barrier for the door or window. There is so much water damage the bathroom door is separated and falling apart. When cleaning up water on the floor the towel we used from the bathroom was so disgustingly filthy it was as if the floor hadn’t been cleaned in over a month. There was hair and dirt speckles in the sheets making us feel like they weren’t cleaned. Luckily we only stayed for one night and were leaving first thing in the morning. It was a cheap stay but I’m not sure I would stay again."

"Pros: - Staff courteous, professional, and helpful. - Location - close to everything (Disney, food options, retail, etc) - Better option in comparison to "normal" hotel room. - Large pool area, with TV's, a bar, movie theater - Daily activities. - Onsite food options (for me this was at the bar) was very well priced and to my surprise was pretty good. - Parking - easy and free. - Room - Clean, clean, clean, with plenty of space (one bedroom suite with full kitchen, and balcony. Cons: - I know this is nitpicky but I would like to see a better showerhead. - Timeshare pitch - I didn't do the presentation but it was expected (it's Orlando) Overall - I would have no quarrels about staying here again and again. Excellent Place."
