"There is a quick order off the lobby called Fuel that is great for snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, fresh made coffee, pastries, hot sandwich lunch or breakfast, is reasonably priced, opens early and stays open till 1:00am. It even has tables to sit at and eat. The pool stayed open until 11:00pm which is wonderful for Disney tired feet and achy legs before bed. Variety of sit-down restaurants to choose from. Finally, the hotel is a luxury hotel but is very reasonably priced compared to other luxury resorts on property."

"⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Kompose Hotel. The rooms were extremely bare and lacked even the most basic amenities. Aside from a bed and low-quality shampoo, there was nothing provided — no microwave, no chair, no table, and no space to comfortably eat food. For a 7-day stay, this level of minimalism is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or convenience. Additionally, the hotel charged us for just 2 hours of early check-in, despite the fact that we were staying for an entire week. This felt unnecessarily rigid and not customer-friendly, especially for longer stays. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. Items were frequently out of stock, and there were consistently long lines, sometimes lasting around 30 minutes, just to access basic pre-made eggs. By the time we reached the waffle station, the batter was often already depleted. This poor planning and lack of replenishment occurred multiple times and made breakfast inconvenient and frustrating. Another concern was the on-site restaurant, K Bistro, which automatically adds a default 20% service fee — even for something as simple as a to-go sandwich. This felt excessive and not transparent, especially when there was minimal or no service involved. "The hotel was NOTHING like the photos we saw on hotels.com. The hotel is fairly run down. When we arrived at 6pm we were not greeted by anyone at check in. We stood there for a few minutes before someone came from the back looking as if we woke her from a nap. We went up to our room and there were stains on the towels and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We went to breakfast the first morning, but didn’t go back the next two because it was SO overly crowded and we got better food from the McDonald’s around the corner. On the second evening the entire fifth floor smelled of marijuana - I will say they fixed that quickly - but still. We booked this hotel because it was 9/10 stars… We definitely would not book here again. "

"Good breakfast. Floor and shower where a little gross and trying to call the front desk for anything was a waster of time because they don’t answer. Key card for our room also didn’t always work. Took several attempts to make it work every time we entered"
