"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Tin Le for being so kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. I was especially touched when the hotel helped arrange my taxi, covered the fare, and even gave me a thoughtful gift before | left. These gestures made my trip truly memorable. Thank you, Tin Le and the whole team, for your outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning soon!"

"I have been travelling around Asia for business for a long while, and I can say the staff here are the nicest I have ever had, so welcoming and helpful. Anna and all the team are truly amazing. The room was nice and clean, free water and fruit as well as everything you need, huge bath and separate shower. If I had to be critical, the mattress was a bit hard for me."

"Luxury hotel in a prime location, within easy walking distances of shopping centres, restaurants, and Ben Thanh market. The staff are courteous and friendly. We stayed in a junior suite, which is spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. We had access to the club lounge and the evening canapes and drinks were excellent, and the service was attentive."

"A Magical Stay — Pure Elegance and Exceptional Heart From the moment we arrived, the Hôtel des Arts Saigon MGallery made us feel truly special. We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary and the team surprised us with a beautiful plate of sweets, a m card, flowers, and rose petals on the bed. These are the details that transform a hotel stay into a memory for life. The service was extraordinary at every level — the doorman who welcomed us, the staff member who checked us into our room, and the concierge team were all warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious. The kind of people you want to take home with you. We used the spa, the café, Saigon Kitchen, and The Albion restaurant on the 23rd floor — all exceptional. The Albion alone is worth a special visit, with stunning skyline views and outstanding cuisine. This hotel has two great strengths: the building itself — the Art Déco Indochine design, the elegance, the details — and its people. Both are world class. If I return to Ho Chi Minh City — and I will — there is no question where I will stay."
